# Building a "Collingwood tablet weave demonstrator"

Here is a description of a device I’ve been playing with recently, it was designed by Peter Collingwood to draw illustrations of tablet weaves in his book “The Techniques of Tablet Weaving”, and he included instructions in the back of the book!

We’re using it to try and examine if and how tablet weaving can be used to explore some fundamental mathematical and computational processes.
